Summary:
We are seeking to fill a full-time position for a Family Centered Treatment in West Bend/Washington County.
The Therapist will be trained in Family Centered Treatment (FCT) and deliver in-home and office-based treatment as part of the FCT model.
The position services families and youth referred through the Youth Justice and Child Protective Services (CPS) programs.
Additionally, FCT therapists will service families involved in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Washington County.
Work Hours:
Flexible schedule Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm, with the possibility of evening hours to accommodate family needs.
Work Location:
Office is based at the County building.
The position works a hybrid model of time spent at the office and in the community.
Salary:
$57,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and license status.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain fidelity to the FCT model and proper FCT training Work collaboratively with Washington County Human Services Division staff and other treatment team members Interview and evaluate families to complete the intake process.
Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
Formulate, implement, evaluate, and review client treatment plans.
Counsel clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
Safely transport clients as needed.

Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
