com What You Will Do Responsible for handling the administration, maintenance, and communication of a national account to include regulatory information, waste and characterizations, contract specifications, manifests and schedules, resolving invoice discrepancies, etc.
to ensure accuracy of customer and/or Veolia personnel inquiries.
Individual must have knowledgeable expertise in labpacking, profile creating, chemical grouping, a variety of disposal options, treatment facility approvals, RCRA and DOT regulations and compliance.
Provide guidance to field operations staff as well as administrative support to achieve client's goals, deliver quality services at a high level of satisfaction.
Incumbent is also responsible for maintaining customer file systems, to include customer correspondence and invoicing accuracy, track transportation, lab analysis, create waste information profiles, as well as update customer database.
