The responsibilities of this position are multifaceted.
The right candidate will make sound financial arrangements, collect over the counter payments and ensure the proper filing of insurance and subsequent follow up.
This person is a liaison between patients and the doctors, has a thorough knowledge of dental treatment plans and can determine quickly where a patient is in their treatment.
The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be expected to document all conversations and correspondence accurately for each patient.
As a pivotal member of our dental practice, your main duties will include presenting and managing patient treatment, insurance claim submissions and appeals, and collections.
We are looking for an organized, results-focused team player with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about helping our patients achieve dental health, and able to connect with people quickly.
Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and knowledge of dental procedures and software are essential for the success in this role.
