years of related experiencePrevious exposure to Project Management methodologies and associated toolsStrong Data Analytics skillsPrevious customer service/account management experience preferred Experience with energy efficiency program implementation preferredProficiency in applicable process documentation tools (Visio, or equivalent) preferredProficiency in applicable project scheduling tools (MS Project, or equivalent) preferredAdvanced proficiency in implementing SaaS solutions preferred Familiarity with clean-tech is a plusRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Excellent understanding of all phases of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).Excellent understanding of Confluence, Jira Systems, Kanban board and SharePointWorking experience in environment of Web portal and API development, Data Ingestion, data management for reporting, Data file transfers, Database, and IT SystemsPreferred experience with website development using PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and MySQL, larger database Cassandra.Strong understanding of data ingestion and tracking data in systems/databases, data extracts and data analyticGood understanding of database, Tables and columns, proficiency in SQL preferredThe ability to work independently; collect data, analyze information, produce templates and reportsAbility to demonstrate and communicate the functionality of our technology offerings.Effective ability to work directly with clients and their customer base as required.Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workloadAbility to identify and resolve any issues with PMs, customers and trade alliesStrong customer service and communication skills.Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients, and employees.Committed to diversity and inclusionReliable transportationLicenses & Certifications PMP preferred but not requiredValid driver's licenseTravel Requirements Willingness to travel up to 30%Estimated Wage Range:
