HR Generalist
Career Transitions, LLC is working with a client who has been in business for 70
years who is seeking a HR Generalist. The client is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers of consumer packaged goods, manufacturing and packaging products for many leading Fortune 500 companies. This client is located between Sheboygan & Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Provides professional human resources administration and support in a variety of areas to potentially include benefits, performance management, recruiting, employee welfare programs, employee relations, policies and procedures administration/support, HRIS support, and employee communications.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related experience
2-5 years of experience in a human resource generalist role
PHR Certification preferred
Demonstrated understanding, and application of basic Human Resources legal compliance
Proficient on a PC including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, payroll (ADP) a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
