Payroll Coordinator
Career Transitions, LLC is working with a client who has been in business for 70
years who is seeking a Payroll Coordinator. The client is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers of consumer packaged goods, manufacturing and packaging products for many leading Fortune 500 companies. This client is located between Sheboygan & Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Position is responsible for a multi-state hourly, non-exempt, exempt and contingent workforce (with multiple agencies) payroll. This position is also responsible for preparing tax deposits, coordinating child support and other garnishment payments, uploading hours from ADP Etime (a Kronos Product) into ADP Workforce Now payroll system and processing various payroll and labor reports and journal entries.
Qualifications/Education/Experience
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, ERP system understanding and exposure to ADP Workforce Now and E-time preferred).

Associates Degree in AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
