Kleen Test's Material Handlers work closely with the Production rooms and with the Warehouse team, to facilitate material flow throughout the facility, and ensure production demands are met.

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM (SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL) at our County Line Rd facility in the City of Mequon, WI
  • Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM (SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL) at our Sunset Rd facility in the City of Port Washington, WI
  • Monday - Friday, 11:00PM - 7:00AM (SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL) at our Sunset Rd facility in the City of Port Washington, WI

How does a Material Handler at KTP spend a typical day?

  • Supplies production lines with correct materials needed to keep up with production demands
  • Completing lot tracking of all incoming raw materials and packaging components.
  • Load/unloading raw materials and finished goods
  • Picking and staging finished goods
  • Proper marking of raw materials
  • Removing waste from the production lines
  • Utilizing RF scan gun technologies
    • Scanning and barcoding into aScan system
  • Processing all required paperwork accurately and timely

Essential Functions:

  • Operating a sit-down electric forklift safely and with a high degree of caution
    • Get forklift certified on your first day!
  • Operating the following equipment: (If you haven't had experience with the following equipment, do not worry! Our warehouse staff can train you!)
    • hand jack
    • drum dolly
    • clamp truck
    • scissors lift
    • powered hoist
    • powered floor scrubber
    • safety cage set up

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
