Duties:
- Design, develop, and enhance consumer products, manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Assist the sales team and senior management by generating equipment quotations and technical information.
- Develop cost saving solutions for consumer products and manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the development of production procedures and standards for new products.
-Travel to third party sites to evaluate equipment and processes.
- Assist in production line assembly or set up.
-Train maintenance and production personnel on new equipment.
- Provide supervision for equipment/facility installations.
- Draw equipment and processes in Auto Cad or Solid Works to facilitate the purchase and installation of new equipment or to archive existing ops.

Must be willing to work on the production floor at least 50% of the time, and needs to be able to execute projects with minimal direction and maximum communication and collaboration.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
Strong project management skills.
